Johannes Lutterotti is Counsel and heads the M&A Department together with Alexander Operenyi. He has many years of experience in advising on complex (national and international) M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, international investments and on all matters related to corporate law with a special focus on the energy sector. Prior to that, he worked for many years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer Attorneys at Law. 

He is fluent in German and English
